 How to Return an Item to Drachensilber

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if an item doesn't fit or doesn't meet your expectations, you can easily return it to us within 30 days.

Please also read our Cancellation Policy for further information.

How It Works:

1. Complete the Return Form

   Please download our return form here, fill it out, and include it in your return package.

2. Send Your Return to Us

Securely package the items and send them to the return address provided on the form. Make sure to use sufficient protective packaging to prevent damage during shipping!

3. We'll Take Care of the Rest

   As soon as we receive your return, we will notify you by email.

   We usually process returns on the same day – quickly and hassle-free.

EXPRESS Shipping

Germany: €21.80 – Delivery on the next business day  
Europe: €46.80 – Delivery within 1–3 business days

Orders placed with express shipping must be submitted through our online store before 1:00 PM and paid in full to qualify for delivery on the next business day.

Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are NOT considered business days.

Make sure your payment has been completed successfully!

IMPORTANT: No shipping or deliveries take place on Saturdays or Sundays!

If you place your order Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM and complete payment immediately, your order will be delivered during the following business day within Germany.

Examples:

- Orders placed on Friday before 1:00 PM will be delivered on Monday.
- Express orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Express shipping is an additional service and is non-refundable!

 Fast Shipping at Drachensilber

- Standard shipping: 1–2 business days. We check incoming payments several times a day.

- Returns: Unwanted products may be returned at your own expense within 4 weeks of receiving your order. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, you are entitled to request a refund of the full purchase price and any applicable shipping costs. Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email and promptly issue your refund to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

Our shipping partners are DHL and Deutsche Post.

You can track your parcel using its tracking number on the [DHL tracking website](http://www.dhl.de/content/de/de/paket/kundenservice/sendungsverfolgung.html).

Delivery to DHL Packstations

We are happy to deliver your order to a DHL Packstation.

Please make sure to include your DHL customer number (Postnummer) in your shipping address. You can enter it in the additional address information field during checkout.

Order Processing and Shipping

Orders at Drachensilber are processed every business day (Monday to Friday). We dispatch orders daily from Monday to Friday.

For orders paid by bank transfer, we wait until the payment has been received.

Once your payment reaches our account, your order will be dispatched on the same day or, at the latest, on the following business day.

Payment Methods

PayPal

With PayPal, you can pay for your order quickly and securely online. After selecting this payment method, you will automatically be redirected to PayPal to complete your payment.

If the automatic redirection does not work, you can also send the payment manually via PayPal.

Please make sure to include your order number or order reference so we can correctly identify your payment.

Your order will be shipped once we have received your payment.

Bank Transfer (Advance Payment)

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This email includes the total amount due and our bank account details.

Your order will be shipped once full payment has been received.

Depending on your delivery country and availability, you can conveniently pay for your order using Klarna.
