This is how returns work at Drachensilber

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if something doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can easily return it to us within 30 days . Please read our return policy for details .

Here's how:

1. Fill out the return form
   Please download our return form here and include the completed form with your return shipment.

2. Send return to us
   Pack the goods securely and send them to the address indicated on the form. Ensure sufficient padding!

3. We'll take care of the rest.
   As soon as we receive your return, we will inform you by email.
   We usually process returns on the same day – quickly and easily.

EXPRESS shipping

Orders with express shipping must be placed in the shop and fully paid for by 1 p.m. to be delivered the next business day! (Saturday and Sunday are NOT business days)
Please make sure that the order is paid for!
ATTENTION! There are no deliveries or shipping on Saturdays and Sundays!!

If you order from Monday to Friday before 1 p.m. in our shop and pay immediately, your order will be delivered to you during the next working day!

(Orders placed by 1 p.m. on Friday will be delivered on Monday)
Orders placed via express service on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Express shipping is an additional service and is non-refundable!

Fast shipping at Drachensilber

• Standard shipping 1-2 working days (payments are checked several times daily)
  
• Unwanted products can be returned within 4 weeks of receiving your order.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when an order is placed.
Our logistics partners are DHL and Deutsche Post.
You can track your packages with tracking code on the DHL website . Shipping to Packstations: We are happy to deliver your order to a Packstation.
Please be sure to include your DHL customer number. Use the address supplement field for this.

Order processing and shipping

Orders at Drachensilber are processed daily on weekdays (Mon-Fri).
Shipping takes place daily from Monday to Friday.

For orders paid in advance, we wait for receipt of payment.
The goods leave our premises on the day payment is received, but no later than the following day after payment is received.

Please wait for our order confirmation email containing the invoice amount and the necessary bank details. Goods will be shipped after payment has been received.

Payment via PayPal:

PayPal is an eBay subsidiary. It offers everyone with an email address the opportunity to make secure online payments.

ATTENTION: We recommend that all our Swiss customers pay via PayPal. Banks charge very high fees for transfers to Germany (up to €20). With PayPal payments, there are no additional costs for the customer.

If you forgot to click the "pay now" button after placing your order, you can also pay for your order manually via PayPal.
